One Plumbing (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you book a meeting with us or get in touch. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect
When you book a one-to-one or fill in our form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, your business and role, and your appointment details. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email, we keep a record of that conversation.
Why we collect it
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your meeting.
- To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services.
- To keep our own records of who we have spoken with.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give by booking or by ticking our consent box, and on our legitimate interest in running and following up on our business.
How we store it
Your information is held in our customer management system and is seen only by One Plumbing and the providers who help us operate it, such as our messaging provider. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Messages
If you agree, we send booking confirmations and reminders by SMS and WhatsApp. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or telling us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are in contact, or as long as the law requires, and we delete it on request unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email help@oneplumbing.co to do any of these. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
